  1. Really good recipe. It is addictive. I did make a few changes after the second time I tried it. I used 1 cup of chopped toasted almonds in place of the peanuts, and increased the popcorn to 14 cups. I only baked the popcorn for 10 minutes, stirring after 5.

  2. My husband and I really enjoyed it, the boys were kind of so-so. Go figure!

  4. Very good recipe for crunchy pop corn. I did not even bake the pop corn, just added them to the chocolate in the large non stick skillet I was boiling the chocolate in and kept stirring on low heat for 10 minutes. Continued on as on recipe. So good and crunchy! The peanuts didn't stick and fell on the bottom though, so would leave them out, next time.

  5. Very good recipe. Made just as directed. Next time I will shorten the baking time. I'm not sure if my oven runs hot or it is an issue with the recipe, but either way, 15 minutes should do it next time. Very tasty. Will be making it to share for gifts. Thanks for posting!
