Mint Chicken

ingredients
- 3 large chicken legs
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 large onion
- 2 green chilies
- 2 tablespoons mint and coriander leaves paste
- salt
- 2 tablespoons yoghurt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garam masala
- 1⁄2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
directions
- Heat oil in a skillet.
- Add the onions and fry till golden in colour.
- Add the turmeric powder, red chilli powder, corriander powder and green chillies.
- Mix.
- Fry for a few minutes.
- Add the chicken pieces.
- Cook on either side.
- Add the mint-corriander paste and yoghurt.
- Mix well.
- Add salt to taste.
- Sprinkle garam masala and cook till chicken is tender.
- Serve hot.
