  1. I'm very surprised no one has review this recipe yet- it was WONDERFUL!! It turned out so creamy and colorful! I couldn't find and vanilla chips so I used white chocolate chips (with a little anxiety) and the results were amazing! I will definately be making this again- thank you again for a wonderful recipe!

  2. this was good, but WAY too sweet - really tasted like I was eating the icing out of the can, but with added sugar...but, definitely very pretty

  3. Delicious, so easy to make and it looks great. I used the microwave to melt the chips. It's very creamy!:)

  4. I don't know what has taken me so long to review this recipe! I have made this for 3 years now as part of my Christmas Fudge gifts, and it is my most often requested flavor! So minty and creamy and pretty...yum! I have had the best luck with an UNWHIPPED vanilla frosting, like Pillsbury Creamy Supreme. You can vary the peppermint extract to get the exact level of mint flavor you want. This is an excellent recipe! Thanks so much, MizzNezz, for posting!

After DH and I moved away from the farm, and to the city...I haven't done as much cooking and very little canning. But I do come to Zaar and look for new recipes once in a while. I'm still cooking Zaar!! I like to play at Facebook, with my family and friends. A lot of my Zaar friends are there!! Yay! It's a good way to keep in touch. We travel more. We're looking at the European trips now. Hope to go in the springtime. I really want to see London, I think I lived there in a past life, I've been obsessed with it since I was 10 years old!!
