  1. First blend the dates and water (once you put frozen bananas in those dates get really cold & hard to blend so work them out first).
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend up. You may need to add more water to get things moving, thats fine it won't take away any flavor. Garnish with a mint leaf if you like but mine is usually gone before I would even have time for this. Enjoy!
