Directions

  1. Boil squash and zucchini in small amount of water, until tender.
  2. Drain.
  3. Place a layer of vegetables in buttered baking dish; sprinkle with crackers crumbs and cheese.
  4. Add a layer of celery soup.
  5. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
  6. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  7. Dot with margarine.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
