Ingredients: 2 lbs chicken tenders; 4 tablespoons mochiko sweet rice flour; 4 tablespoons cornstarch; 4 tablespoons sugar; 5 tablespoons soy sauce; 1/2 teaspoon salt; 1/4 cup chopped green onion; 2 beaten eggs; 2 minced garlic cloves; oil (for frying)

ingredients

2 lbs chicken tenders
4 tablespoons mochiko sweet rice flour
4 tablespoons cornstarch
4 tablespoons sugar
5 tablespoons soy sauce
¹⁄₂ teaspoon salt
¹⁄₄ cup chopped green onion
2 beaten eggs
2 minced garlic cloves
oil (for frying)

directions

Mix all and let marinate several hours * i let it marinate for 12-24hrs cuz it tastes WAY juicier! but do at least marinate for 6hrs*.
Fry on med-high after oil heats up you want the outside to be a nice brown color.
