ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken tenders
- 4 tablespoons mochiko sweet rice flour
- 4 tablespoons cornstarch
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 5 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 cup chopped green onion
- 2 beaten eggs
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- oil (for frying)
directions
- Mix all and let marinate several hours * i let it marinate for 12-24hrs cuz it tastes WAY juicier! but do at least marinate for 6hrs*.
- Fry on med-high after oil heats up you want the outside to be a nice brown color.
