  • In a tall glass, stir mint, sugar and lime juice until sugar is dissolved and stir in rum.
  • Add ice cubes and top off drink with club soda or seltzer water.
  • Stir drink well and garnish with mint and lime.

  3. Delicious drink! I used a muddler to smash up the mint and REALLY enjoyed the bubbly freshness of this limey-minty-bit-of-perfectness. Thanks for sharing! (**I also like that I did not have to use a simple syrup- the sugar dissolved quite easily!)
     
  4. This was O.K. after I doctored it up a bit. I had to add more sugar and more lime juice to mine before it was acceptable. I also added some Roses' Lime Cordial. I have to play around with with recipe....but after 2 drinks, I couldn't play any more!!!! So for another day.....
     
  5. Had my share of these in Cuba, and they are fabulous. They don't just use the lime juice, but the whole half lime, which they squish with the sugar and mint before adding the liquids.
