  1. The only way I will have molasses! I use a little less - 200ml soy and 1 tbsp molasses. SSSSOO much better than molasses plain. Very yummy, and a good source of iron too!
     
  2. Sorry, but this was just too sweet for me, and I tried it both hot and cold. I used original soymilk, but even with unsweetened I don't think I could take it. So I added 1 Tbs. of cocoa powder to tone the sugar down, and now it's a drinkable but a little odd tasting hot chocolate (with lots of iron!) Oh, I used blackstrap molasses, so maybe regular molasses would taste different.

  4. A cozy, healthful drink when heated up; sorta like chocolate milk when served cold. I added a dash of cinnamon. It's a drink you feel good about drinking. Thanks Maiameow!
     
  5. Yum!!!I made this hot and used vanilla soy milk which made it a little sweeter, just because that's what I had in the fridge. Like hot cocoa, but with all the health benefits of soy and molasses and no caffeine. Can't wait to try it cold. Thanks, maiameow for a drink I'll make often!
