  • Drain beans & reserve the 1/2 cup liquid.
  • Place beans, reserved liquid, olive oil & lemon juice in blender.
  • Blend until smooth & creamy.
  • Add garlic, spices & salt.
  • Blend until mixed thouroughly.
  • Place in storage bowl, sprinkle with parsley and paprika.
