- 8 eggs, room temperature
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 lbs ricotta cheese
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 8 ounces Hershey Bars, chopped fine
directions
- oven at 350. in a large bowl beat eggs until foamy. add sugar a little at a time beating well after each addition. reduce speed and beat in ricotta 1/2 cup at a time. sprinkle in cinnamon and chocolate and mix well. pour into an ungreased spring pan. place pan in a large pan and fill it until there is one inch of water. bake 1 1/2 hours or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. cool on rack for 3 hours. then run knife around edge to remove from pan.
- chill 2 to 3 more hours.
