"This was Pop's mothers very easy version of meatloaf. It can be made in a loaf pan, or make it in a 9x9 to speed up the cooking time."

ingredients

1 lb hamburger
¹⁄₂ lb sausage
2 eggs
1 onion (diced)
salt
pepper
¹⁄₂ cup catsup

directions

Combine all ingredients and put in loaf pan or square baking pan.
Pour enough tomato catsup over the top to cover.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
