ingredients
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 (15 1/4 ounce) cans whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup cracker crumb
- 1⁄2 cup chopped onion
- 1⁄2 cup green pepper
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (sharp cheddar is the best to use)
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix all ingredients and spoon into a greased 1-quart casserole dish.
- Bake uncovered for 35 minutes.
