  1. An easy recipe for good cookies. They needed 15 minutes baking time - probably because I was using an air insulated cookie sheet.

  2. This is similar to my own recipe, but I tried this. They are easy and yummy. i didn't have time to make individual cookies so I just spread it out on the cookie sheet and then cut them into bars. Everyone loved them and couldn't stop eating them till the plate was empty!

  3. Very easy to make, very good to eat. Had these for breakfast because I just could resist!

  4. The pic of these cookies made my mouth water, but mine didn't turn out anything close. I used margarine and 1/2 cup Eggbeaters (equals 2 eggs) due to dietary reasons. I followed the remainder of the recipe exactly. I dropped by tablespoonfuls onto cold, ungreased cookie sheets. My cookies turned out to be the texture of cookie bars, soft and dense, and fairly thick. I prefer my cookies slightly thin, crisp and chewy. When my first batch turned out unlike what I wanted, I thought maybe using a warm pan and flattening the dough a bit would help them spread, as there was virtually no spread at all in the first batch. That didn't work. I was too unsure about thinning the batter with something (like water?), and yet the batter to me looked like it should have made crisp and chewy cookies. I cooked these for about 11-12 mins and let them cool for about 5 mins on the cookie sheet before removing to a wire rack. They did taste good, though, and this recipe for me made 29 small-medium sized cookies. Thank you for sharing a your sis's nice recipe, Miraklegirl, if I try this recipe again, I might try to experiment - perhaps I should have greased the cookies sheets as well as placed the dough while the sheets were hot? Can you tell I'm a novice cook? Lol! :)

  5. I like these cookies quite a bit, but the recipe makes far more than 20 cookies (I've made it three times and each time I get 30 large cookies) BUT...a great recipe nonetheless.
