  1. My family enjoyed this garlic bread! Super easy to whip up and a great addition to our steak dinner last night. Will make it again this week to go along with spaghetti and meatballs. Made for 2008 cookbook tag. Thanks Anda!

  2. I chose this recipe for the "Freeze It" tag game. The bread is great! Very simple to make and tastes great. Here is what I did: I sliced the loaf into 1 inch slices, slathered on the butter mixture, and flash froze on a cookies sheet. When I wanted some garlic bread for dinner, I took what I wanted out of a ziplock, placed the slices, butter side up, on a cookie sheet and baked at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until they were done. It worked like a charm :) There is no need to buy the premade stuff anymore when I can have this ready for dinner in 10 minutes or less. Thanks for posting a keeper!

  3. I will make several loaves of this bread. Once made I will cut into family size servings, wrap in foil and freeze. When ready to make I will either take out the night before and thaw in the fridge or leave wrapped in the foil and bake frozen for about 30 minutes. It is an amazing way to get hot fresh garlic bread without having to juggle things with dinner. Plus I don't have to run to the grocery store to pick up french bread.

  4. Oh Yum!!! Made my own bread, then used this to jazz it up, and wow--it was gone in a flash! *Made for PAC Spring 2007*

  5. Simple and very tasty. This was a nice way to do French bread slices. Thanks Anda for sharing.

Cooking helps me relieve stress. It is a hobby i picked up as an international student- being away frm family and home cooked food made me decided to pick up cooking, occasionally trying to replicate some of my grandma's recipes. I experiment with different cusines at home. When i am lazy, i do a stirfry. When i feel like hving something a little more elaborate, i make chicken puffs... it all depends on my mood and schedule!
