  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Place pecans in a single layer on a cookie sheet and toast for 5 to 8 minutes.
  • Set aside.
  • Combine oil, vinegar, rosemary, garlic, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  • Set aside.
  • Cut green beans into thirds and cook in boiling water until tender, about 20 minutes.
  • Drain and rinse with cold water.
  • Spread beans on paper towels to absorb excess moisture.
  • Add beans, pecans, onion, and cheese to the large bowl and toss with vinaigrette.
  • Cover and chill.

I work for a bank in Brandon, MS. My hubbie is a police officer in Jackson. I have a great cookbook that is called "Any Blonde Can Cook". It is awesome. I love to cook...when I have the time. My family keeps me pretty busy though. I enjoy reading books, going to the movies, traveling, spending time with my family, cooking, playing with Lizzie Belle, tanning, and getting my nails done.
