  1. This recipe is incredibly easy and delicious! I piped the frosting onto 22 cupcakes with a cordless cookie press yielding a beautiful, glossy frosting that held it's shape perfectly!. I substituted Butter Flavored Extract for the vanilla and it was excellent. The cupcakes were for an adult birthday party and we used the extra frosting to top shots for the celebration! What a BONUS! Try this recipe!

  2. This is a recipe my mother made when I have been looking for it. I add a little cream of tarter to help from deflating as fast.

  3. This recipe worked perfect for me. Shiny and beautiful and not too sweet tasting.

  4. Very nice frosting, makes a generous amount for a 9" layer cake. Perfect with Black Coffee Chocolate Cake #9490. Thanks for a keeper.....Janet

  5. Very good! I was searching for a more whipped cream-like frosting recipe but tried this one instead as a cupcake topping. At first, I didn't think the consistency would hold but it held up wonderfully! Light and fluffy and I love that it was butter-free! Had to stop DH from eating it right out of the bowl. Next time I might add a drop of food coloring to make it more festive!
