  3. Have been eating these for years. Tried it with chips other than Doritos and it is just not the same.

  4. Well I am pregnant... (At least for the next few days!) haha, and I LOVE this sandwich. My husband won't even try it but that's okay, he doesn't know how much he's missing out. :-D Thanks for posting this, it was great for when I was craving that "something".. but couldn't figure out what "something" was. :-D

Tweaks

  1. Regardless of whether you love this sandwich or not, you gotta give it stars for ease, creativity, combination of ingredients and ability to start a conversation!! DH loved it...I liked it, but next time will try ridged potato chips instead of doritos, just a personal preference..Also..I thought it would be smart to put peanut butter on both pieces of bread to hold the banana and doritos in place...but ended up with toooo much peanut butter...it overwhelmed the subtle nacho cheese flavor of the Doritos...next time (and there will be a next time) I will only put peanut butter on one side. C. in Hope you are the best!! Thanks for a really fun recipe!!

I am no longer single. I found me an amazing man and we married, it has been almost 3 years now. My little girl is 13 now and she is amazing. I went to school and got my Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice and I work for the State as a Parole Officer now. I have realized that I hate cooking. I really do hate it. Luckily I married a man who loves to cook. He hates to bake, and I actually do like to bake. So I am what one would consider a somewhat mediocre baker. I still think about my Zaar Angel all the time. She knows who she is. I do enjoy to crochet, I do that a lot here lately. I use to do counted cross stitch, yet I don't do that anymore. I can't watch TV as well as I can while I crochet.
