  • 2 - 2 12 lbs raw stew meat
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 (4 ounce) can mixed mushrooms, drained
  • 1 (8 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix (not sure on package ounce size, normal package though)
  • 1 (12 ounce) can carbonated lemon-lime beverage

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 13x9-inch pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Place a layer of meat in bottom of prepared pan. Add the mushroom soup, followed by the mushrooms. Sprinkle with dry soup mix and pour soda over the top.
  • Cover with foil and bake 3 hours. REMEMBER, NO PEEKING! =).
  • Serve over mashed potatoes or noodles.
