  1. In large saucepan, mix dates, apple, raisins and water.
  2. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes.
  3. Cool.
  4. Mix flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Stir into date mixture.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Mix eggs and sweetener; add to batter.
  8. Drop by tablespoons on nonstick sheet.
  9. Bake at 350* for 10 minutes.
