  1. Combine brown sugar, flour, oatmeal, spices, soda, baking powder, and nuts in a large bowl.
  2. Mix eggs, milk, applesauce, melted butter, and cranberries together.
  3. Pour egg mixture into well in center of dry ingredients and mix quickly.
  4. Fill muffin pans three-quarters full and bake.
  5. Bake at 375 degrees 20 minutes.
