  1. Heat 2- 3 tbsp oil in a pan.
  2. In the meantime, combine all the ingredients except'oil for shallow frying', in a bowl.
  3. Mix well, using your hands.
  4. Make tikkis (flattened balls) out of this.
  5. Shallow fry in oil on both sides till lightly brown.
  6. Serve with tomato ketchup or green chutney or chilli sauce.
