1 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
3 cups oatmeal
2 eggs
¹⁄₂ teaspoon baking soda
2 cups flour
1 cup nuts
8 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
¹⁄₂ teaspoon nutmeg

directions

cream shortening and sugar
add eggs.
sift dry ingredients add to creamed mixture add milk fold in nuts
drop onto greased baking sheet bake at 350 for 10 minutes or til done as no time is given and i dont know how many this makes.
