  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray cookie sheets with cooking spray.
  • In large bowl, combine sugar, brown sugar and butter, beat until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and egg, blend well. Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt, mix well. Stir in oats and raisins.
  • Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart on prepared cookie sheets.
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 7 - 10 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Cool 1 minute, transfer to wire racks to cool completely.

  1. Good oatmeal cookies. I got 44 cookies and they baked for 11 minutes. Easy to make, no fuss, they were crisp and not overly sweet (which we like). Good basic recipe.<br/>Thanks for posting.<br/>Made for PAC, Spring 2011.
