ingredients
- 1 cup chopped green olives
- 1⁄2 cup sliced black olives
- 1⁄2 cup chopped tomato
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon fresh basil, chopped
- 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
directions
- Combine all ingredients.
- Marinate at least 2 hours.

Love, love, love this.....very similar to a recipe I have posted, but I've never had this with tomatoes. I chopped everything by hand.....and still have my fingers! Wonderful with pita bread fried in olive oil....delicious!!! -
Wow this is amazing, very addicting. I made this for DD and I as a snack for movie night and we both devoured this before the movie even started. If you are making this for guests, make a batch for yourself first, lol...... I didn't take the time to slice the olives and I used sundried tomatoes as I could not find ripe tomatoes. Thanks for sharing this easy, yet oh so tasty recipe. -
