Very quick and easy to setup and the pork came out beautifully moist and tender. I thickened the broth and juices for a gravy, very flavourful! I had a very lean roast and I was in a hurry, so I didnt bother with the browning step. The six hour time seemed perfect for the roast that I had. This is a great recipe for a busy weekend day, stick it on before lunch, do stuff all day and come home to have supper ready! Thanks for posting.

I am a mother of 5 children who certainly keep me busy: In my free time I love to read and to cook for my family. I just wish sometimes they weren't so picky... I have a DBF of 7 yrs who is a worse picky eater than the kids. I have been a member of zaar since 2002, but have only in the past 2 years been coming here daily. I am now addicted to this site!! My son comments that I spend so much time looking at recipes that I will never be able to make them all...so whats the point: I love making new recipes, so we rarely have the same thing twice, too often.
<img src=http://i250.photobucket.com/albums/gg271/MrsTeny/Permanent%20Collection/PACSpring09Iwasadopted.jpg alt= />
<img src=http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b399/susied214/permanent%20collection/Adopted1smp.jpg border=0 alt=Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket />

<img src=http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b399/susied214/permanent%20collection/IWasAdoptedfall08.jpg border=0 alt=Photobucket />
