  1. In a small bowl whisk eggs, cream, fine sea salt and white pepper.
  2. In a 8-inch Omelet pan melt butter. As eggs start to set-up gently push to the center using a rubber spatula.
  3. Add Maui onions, spinach, mini-pepperoni, mushrooms, red bell pepper, black olives, cherry tomatoes and *cayenne pepper. Let the omelet cook for 2-3 minutes or until omelet set-up and add cheese. If needed place omelet pan under the broiler to finish.
  4. Place the omelet on a warm serving plate.
  5. Garnish the plate with Fresh Seasonal Fruit.
  6. *Chef Note: Add more Cayenne Pepper for a spicy flavor.
