Orange Cookies

ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 cups sugar
- 1 cup Crisco
- 2 eggs
- 1 dash salt
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 5 cups flour
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- orange frosting
- 1 1⁄2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1⁄4 cup orange juice
directions
- Mix the ingredients in the order given, beating with a wooden spoon after each item. Drop by spoons fulls on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake in a moderate 350 degree oven for 8 - 10 minutes, being careful not to overbake. When cool, frost with orange confectioner sugar frosting. Start with 1 1/2 cups of confectioners sugar with 1/4 cup orange juice, It mixes better in a saucepan over very low heat, stirring constantly till you get it the right consistency.

No flour is listed. With all the liquids I would guess at least 4 cups.
