- 2 teaspoons minced peeled fresh ginger

EXCELLENT. I really, really liked this -- it makes sandwiches absolutely delightful! Given how easy it is to make, I'm sure I'll be making it again. I was worried the ginger would be overpowering, but it wasn't at all. Wonderful recipe!
