  1. Great orange bread. Made a thin orange glaze which I poured over it (after I had stabbed a few holes with a toothpick) when I took it out of the oven, before removing from pan. Yumm!

  2. Very good bread, but a little on the plain side. The texture was wonderful and the flavor is a pleasant, mild orange taste, but that's it. Followed the recipe to a "T", so I am sure that this came out to be what it was intended, a moist, MILD flavored bread...begging for some type of spread :) Thanks for sharing!

  3. Good bread but kind of bland. It is slightly sweet but can be made more flavorful by adding some spices. I used splenda sugar blend and also made a thin glaze with confectioner's sugar.

After DH and I moved away from the farm, and to the city...I haven't done as much cooking and very little canning. But I do come to Zaar and look for new recipes once in a while. I'm still cooking Zaar!! I like to play at Facebook, with my family and friends. A lot of my Zaar friends are there!! Yay! It's a good way to keep in touch. We travel more. We're looking at the European trips now. Hope to go in the springtime. I really want to see London, I think I lived there in a past life, I've been obsessed with it since I was 10 years old!!
