  • Shred the wombok, wash and drain well.
  • Mix all the ingredients of the dressing in a bowl and stir well until the sugar is dissolved.
  • Combine the wombok, chopped shallots almonds and noodles.
  • Stir through dressing when ready to serve.

I live in Brisbane, Australia. I'm an Administration Officer for the State Government. I'm only 21 years old and I absolutely love cooking. I learnt from my mother when at a very younge age.
