Oven Roasted Hot Dogs

"These are my personal favorite way to cook a hot dog. The skin becomes crisp while the interior remains extremely juicy. They are more on the well done side because that’s how I like them. If you prefer them not as well done reduce the cooking time and keep an eye on them. Enjoy!"

  1. One of my favorite ways to eat a hot dog. This even is awesome in the winter - when you want that roasted hot dog feeling.

  3. Great! Seems so simple yet if no one shows you different ways to cook then you'll never know. Love that I can just put them in the oven instead of pulling out my George Foreman grill (and then clean it after). So easy, pan - foil - hot dogs - into the oven for 15 minutes.

  4. This a great recipe that eliminates using different pots and pans to get a good hot dog. I like grilled onions and jalapenos on my hot dog, so i chopped some up, tossed with oil and seasoning and threw them on top of the hot dogs for the last 8 minutes. When there was 3 minutes left, I put the hot dog in the bun, threw the onions and jalapenos on, topped with cheese and baked it all together and was it delicious! I will never cook hot dogs any other way, its just simple and gives great results.

I absolutely love food, always have. Over the years my tastes of expanded and developed. I find constantly that something I did not like at one point I suddenly love. Food is my life needless to say. I have a cat named Black Jack. He is the craziest cat I have ever met and super adorable. I also love to travel, read, watch movies, and just goof off. I admit I am a procrastinator and have put off many things to the last minute, however my recent experience in Ohio has helped me to mature more.
