  • Dice potatoes.
  • Combine potatoes, oil, salt and pepper in a 13x9 inch baking dish.
  • Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  • Cover dish with foil.
  • Bake at 425 30 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.

  1. We really liked these! I left the skins on before cubing them and put a shot of cooking spray in the pan because of one of the reviewers stating they stuck and had no problems. Made to go with Recipe#12907 and thought it was a great combo! Thanks for sharing this easy recipe we'll enjoy again. :)
     
  2. These were very good! I love garlic so I think that next time I might add some for a little extra seasoning. I cooked these on a parchment paper lined pan so they wouldn't stick and I only kept them covered for 1/2 of the time. I wanted them to crisp up a bit. Thanks so much for posting!
     
  3. pretty good. the potatoes stuck to the pan and at first I was disappointed but as they cooked longer it got crispy and i could scrape it off the dish the crunch was nice.
     
  4. very easy and yummy. I put these in my cast iron skillet to roast, and didn't cover, came out crisp and tender
