ingredients

2 lbs pork sausage (I like Jimmy Dean)
¹⁄₂ cup finely chopped onion
¹⁄₂ cup finely chopped celery
¹⁄₂ teaspoon garlic powder
24 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
3 cups biscuit mix (such as Bisquick)

directions

Preheat oven to 375°F.
Mix all ingredients.
Form into 1 inch balls.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
