  1. In a large saucepan filled with boiling water, cook pasta, without adding salt or oil, until tender but still firm, about 10-12 minutes; drain.
  2. In a food processor, combine parsley, basil, chives, garlic, ricotta, milk, salt and pepper. Puree until smooth, about 1 minute.
  3. Transfer pasta to a large bowl. Pour on sauce; toss to combine.
  4. Serve hot.
