- In a pan, heat the oil.
- Put the sausages in the pan.
- Cook and tear it to little pieces.
- Add garlic, chili until garlic is golden.
- Add the tomatoes and salt and bring to a boil.
- Put the heat to medium and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
- Cook the pasta.
- Add the vodka to the sauce and the cream.
- Bring it to a boil and add the drained pasta.
- Add the parsley and serve.

Delicious! The kids (2 and 6) said it was too spicy, so next time I'd make for adults only. I didn't have cream, so I substituted fat free milk and about a tablespoon of flour. It was a little fattier than I like to eat, so I would like to try a low fat sausage or less oil, but my husband was in heaven!!
