  1. In food processor, combine 1 cup quinoa flakes, peanuts and flax seeds. Pulse until finely chopped.
  2. Add blueberries, salt, peanut butter, honey and vanilla. Pulse until mixture forms a dough.
  3. Place remaining quinoa flakes in shallow dish. Form dough into 24 balls. Roll balls in quinoa flakes until evenly coated. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
