Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (6 ounce) can peaches in light syrup or 2 fresh ripe peaches, sliced and pitted
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon sugar or 1 teaspoon honey or 1 teaspoon artificial sweetener
  • wooden popsicle sticks
  • paper cups

Directions

  1. In a blender, whip the cream about 30-45 seconds.
  2. Add the peaches and honey/sweetener.
  3. Whir until smooth.
  4. Pour into molds or paper cups, insert sticks and freeze.
