Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 cups peaches, peeled and crushed
  • 3 12 cups sugar
  • 3 ounces liquid fruit pectin
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice

Directions

  1. In large bowl, combine peaches and sugar.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Let stand 10 minutes.
  4. In small bowl, combine pectin and lemon juice; Pour over peaches.
  5. Stir thoroughly 3 minutes (a few sugar crystals will remain) Spoon into freezer proof containers.
  6. Cover.
  7. Let stand in fridge for 24 hours.
  8. Store in freezer.
  9. (Butter bowls work great).
