  • 12 mini hamburger buns, split
  • 12 cup peach preserves or 1/2 cup peach jam
  • 12 cup coarse grain mustard
  • 12 ounces thinly sliced deli roast beef
  • 4 ounces muenster cheese, cut into 12 small slices

directions

  • Preheat oven to 325°.
  • Place buns on a large baking sheet.
  • Spread preserves and mustard evenly over bottom half of bun.
  • Arrange roast beef and cheese over mustard.
  • Cover with top half; cover pan with foil.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted.
