  • 1 cup fresh organic sliced peach (or frozen sliced peaches, partially thawed)
  • 6 ounces vanilla-flavored yogurt (or six ounces plain yogurt to which you add some vanilla extract)
  • 34 cup fresh orange juice (try Valencia oranges!)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or 1 tablespoon agave nectar
  • Garnish (optional)

  • ground cloves (very light sprinkle)

  • Note: for a bit of a change, I indulged and tried Brown Cow's vanilla flavored "Cream Top" yogurt and partially froze it first. Mmm!
  • Place all ingredients in blender or food processor and blend on HIGH speed until smooth and creamy for 1 full minute.
  • Pour into 2 chilled glasses and serve immediately.
  • If desired, a light sprinkle of ground cloves can be added to the smoothies.
