  • Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  • Melt the butter.
  • Combine with the Grahm Cracker Crumbs and mix until throughly coated.
  • In a spring form pan, line the bottom with the mixture and pack it firmly.
  • Tilt the pan and line the sides approximately 1/2 way up with the crust mixture and pack it.
  • Bake for 5 minutes.
  • Set the crust aside to cool.
  • In a large bowl, mix the Cream Cheese, Sugar, Eggs, and Peanut butter with an electric mixer until smooth.
  • Cover the bottom of the crust with approximately 1/4 of the Chocolate Chips.
  • Fold the remainer of the Chocolate Chips into the cake mixture.
  • Bake for 60-70 minutes.
  • When the top of the cake is golden brown, the cheesecake is done.
  • Allow to cool to room temperature.
  • Melt the Bakers Chocolate either in a microwave or with a double boiler.
  • Remove the sides of the springform pan and cover the cheesecake with the melted chocolate.
  • Allow to chill for a minimum of about 4 hours.
