  1. My kids finish this off in a day! I originally found this recipe in my Fanny Farmer cookbook with 1/4 tsp. salt as the only difference. Everyone with kids (or a hubby with a sweet tooth) should try this.

  2. The hubby just loved it! He was asking if I would bake another one just three days later! It wasn't too sweet which is a plus!

  3. My picky 5 yr daughter loved this!

  4. Pretty good. I liked how it wasn't too sweet, but being peanut butter it wasn't my favorite.

  5. I didn't care for this bread. I'm a huge peanut butter fan and the flavor was just off for me and the bread was just too heavy and too dry.

After DH and I moved away from the farm, and to the city...I haven't done as much cooking and very little canning. But I do come to Zaar and look for new recipes once in a while. I'm still cooking Zaar!! I like to play at Facebook, with my family and friends. A lot of my Zaar friends are there!! Yay! It's a good way to keep in touch. We travel more. We're looking at the European trips now. Hope to go in the springtime. I really want to see London, I think I lived there in a past life, I've been obsessed with it since I was 10 years old!!
