ingredients

1 cup butter (2 sticks)
1 cup peanut butter
¹⁄₂ cup granulated sugar
³⁄₄ cup confectioners' sugar
2 egg yolks
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 ¹⁄₄ cups flour
¹⁄₂ teaspoon baking powder
¹⁄₄ teaspoon salt

directions

Beat butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and confectioners' sugar.
Beat in egg yolks and vanilla.
Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt together and add to butter mixture.
Chill 30 minutes.
Roll into balls and press with a fork.
Top with coarse sugar and bake at 350 for 12 minutes.
