  • In 2 1/2 quart saucepan combine sugar, butter and evaporated milk.
  • Bring to a full boil over medium heat stirring constantly to prevent scorching.
  • Continue boiling over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat, add peanut butter and marshmallow creme stirring until melted.
  • Add vanilla and nuts.
  • Beat until well blended.
  • Spread into buttered 13 x 9 inch pan.
  • Cool to room temperature then refrigerate until firm.
  • Cut into squares.
