Peanut Butter Ice Cream Sauce

ingredients
- 1 cup reese's peanut butter chips
- 1⁄3 cup milk
- 1⁄4 cup whipping cream
- 1⁄4 teaspoon vanilla extract
directions
- In small saucepan place peanut butter chips, milk and whipping cream. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until chips are melted and mixture is smooth.
- Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Serve warm.
- Cover; refrigerate leftover sauce.
- To reheat: Place sauce in small saucepan. Stir constantly over low heat until warm. Add additional milk or whipping cream for desired consistency.

This was really, really good over vanilla ice cream, sliced bananas, chopped peanuts and a drizzle of chocolate sauce for looks (and taste, too)! I didn't have milk or whipping cream but had half & half and used the measurements of milk & whipping cream for that. Easy to do and reheats in the microwave well. Almost too good and too easy!
