  1. Great recipe- creamy and delicious! This was a nice, refreshing start to my morning. I used red pears that I had frozen, so I cut back on the ice. I also added a scoop of vanilla protein powder so it would have the extra nutrition as a stand-alone breakfast.

  2. I reduced this down to 1 serving and made it. I used 1/2 cup milk, 1 tsp. honey and 1/2 can of pears(drained and then washed under tap water), chopped and made it in my mixie. Came out fantastic! Thanks for sharing :-)

I'm a twenty-something girl who loves eating, and making it as healthy as possible. But if you are looking to lose weight don't forget to excercise as well as eating well :) I love to bake, cook, and come up with quick and easy things. And since I'm a poor college kid, most of the ideas I have work well in low budgets. I'm also really big on traveling, and will try almost anything that sounds unusual. I'm a swing dancer and a runner and...did I mention that I love baking?
