- 1 (8 ounce) package uncooked penne pasta
- 1⁄2 cup zesty Italian salad dressing
- 1 cup tomatoes, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup sun-dried tomato packed in oil, drained, chopped
- 1 (4 ounce) package crumbled feta cheese
- 1⁄4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons capers, drained
directions
- Cook pasta in boiling salted water until almost tender (about 11 minutes); drain. Rinse with cold water; drain.
- In large bowl, combine pasta and dressing. Stir in remaining ingredients. Refrigerate, covered, several hours or overnight.
