  1. Yikes. 2 Jars of Alfredo sauce and 4 cups of cheese? Heart attack on a plate.

  2. Delicious and so easy! I used Newman's Own Alfredo sauce and was in a bit of a hurry, so I just used frozen baby florets of broccoli - which worked just fine. I didn't use the 4-cheese Mexican blend, but instead decided on Parmesan cheese. I also did not use nearly as much cheese (maybe not even half) and it was still great! I will definitely be making this recipe again. Thank you for sharing!

  3. I did not have penne so I used bow tie pasta and fresh veggies. I also only used 1 jar of the alfredo sauce and only 2 cups of cheese. I sprinkled the top with oregano and some fresh pepper. This was a huge hit and reheated so well the next night in the oven. Thank you for posting such a great quick supper recipe.

  4. This is yummy! It was easy and my husband even rated it a 5! I used Classico Alfredo Sauce and I seasoned the chicken with garlic, salt and pepper. I didn't use the full amount of cheese on the top, but it was just right. I will definitely make this again!!

  5. I don't usually like casseroles, but I had most of the ingredients in the house so decided to try it. It was very, very good. I had some large chunks of good quality frozen broccoli, that I just added to the pasta the last five minutes of cooking, and it turned out perfectly. Used some fajita spiced store-bought chicken, which gave it a little kick.

Tweaks

  1. Just extra oven time, by 10 mins.

  2. This is so, so good!! I had made it previously just for my boyfriend and me, but this time I expanded the recipe to accommodate six for a post-Christmas party. I only use Bertoli Alfredo sauce, I use frozen broccoli and I use 11-13 chicken tenderloins instead of breasts (so much cheaper than that many breasts!). Everyone, even the kids, had seconds. This will definitely join my homemade cookbook.
