- 1 kg chicken breast
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 5 teaspoons curry powder
- 2 teaspoons turmeric powder
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, peeled and chopped
- 2 tomatoes
- 1⁄2 teaspoon chili powder (more or less to taste)
- 5 young ginger root
- 1 small bunch curry leaf
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 10 tablespoons pepper, paste

how to make pepper paste
- 50 g black pepper
- 20 g white pepper
- 1 onion
- 10 garlic cloves
- 10 g coriander seeds
- 5 g young ginger
directions
- grind all the ingredients to make pepper paste.
- 1 cup oil for frying, or as needed and heat the oil in a pan.
- fry the chopped onions,chopped garlic until become golden brown colour and then put slices young ginger,tomatoes and curry leaves
- after few minutes add special pepper paste into the pan,cook for few minutes and add the curry powder,tumeric powder,chilli powder then mix together.then add sum plain water and stir.
- after the masala boil add the chicken.cook the chicken for 20 minutes and lastly add some salt.cook until the curry become thick.
