- 2 lbs top sirloin steaks
- 1⁄4 cup peppercorn steak sauce
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 1⁄4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary
- 1⁄4 cup olive oil
- 6 -8 large mushrooms, halved
directions
- Cut beef into 2 inch cubes.
- Combine marinade and coat beef and mushrooms Cover and refrigerate 6 hours or overnight Thread meat and mushrooms on seperate skewers.
- Cook meat on medium grill for 10 minutes basting with marinade and mushrooms for 5 minuted basting as well.
